Zona Lusso ( Zona Controllata S.r.l.) makes deliveries throughout Italy, including the islands and abroad.

By ordering on the site www.zonalusso.com the customer agrees to withdraw the products purchased at the offices of Piazzetta Titano 6 - San Marino, directly or by courier, when ordering. In the absence, Zona Lusso will then instruct the courier BRT, charging the cost below.

WITHDRAWAL BY COURIER

The withdrawal by courier can be made at the offices of Zona Lusso - Piazzetta Titano 6 - San Marino, every day except Saturdays and holidays. The withdrawal is to be considered done in the name and on behalf of the buyer, who is committed - in the order - to accept the amount allocated for travel expenses, shown in the order summary page.

The buyer is also committed and check the number of packages on arrival of the goods and to check the integrity and validity of the packages.

Any errors must be notified in writing prior to collection of the goods, with the phrase "SUBJECT TO CONTROL CONTENT", clear and specific reason.

Returning a product
